GloryVegan Coconut Flower Sugar

This unique sugar is made by combining nectar from coconut flowers with refined sugar in a 70:30 ratio, and boiling the mixture for more than 2 hours at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius to destroy all pathogens and minimized water content. The end result is a solid form of sugar that has numerous health benefits over pure refined sugar.

Compared to traditional cane sugar, our coconut flower sugar is rich in vitamins and minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, and iron. Additionally, it has a lower glycemic index, making it a healthier alternative for those with diabetes or who are watching their sugar intake. This sugar is perfect for use in Thai food dishes, baking, cooking, or as a sweetener for your morning coffee or tea.



To ensure that our product is of the highest quality, we use PP plastic packaging from the globally recognized packaging company, Srithai Superware. This packaging is not only durable and long-lasting, but also microwave-safe, making it a convenient and practical option for busy households.
